The best way to do that is to take it in small captions , give it time to take effect and then see how you feel before taking more. beyond a certain point the effect is unnoticeable so there is no point in consuming more if you don't feel it.in any case the longer you will wait between using these products the stronger you will feel them and you will enjoy them more.
