St John's wort is a plant with a bare trunk and yellow flowers, which grows mainly in Europe, Asia and North America. All growing parts of the plant above the soil are used to manufacture this herbal remedy.  Hypericum extract is thought to work in a similar way to antidepressant medicines, by affecting levels of neurotransmitters such as serotonin in the brain (however, the exact mechanism of action is not known). WARNING NOT TO BE TAKEN BY WOMEN WHO MAY BE PREGNANT or BREAST FEEDING
 
Directions: Take one tablet a day preferably with a meal.
Ingreidients: St johs wort extract, Dicalcuium Phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose,croscarmellose,silicon dioxide, magnesium sterate, stearic acid, titaqnuium dioxcide, Glycerol, yellow iron oxcide talc,cnuba wax
