1. Payment? - We have a credit/debit card processor, your card details are taken on their secure pages after which you are directed back to our site. Your card details are not stored by us in any way.
2. What does the status of my order mean. Queued on an order means the order is placed and waiting to be charged. We only charge your card when we have dispatched your order. When your order is complete it means we have charged your card and posted your order, if you have selected priority post there will be a tracking number on your order.
3. What are bonus points? Bonus or reward points are given when you buy products. Each product has the amount of points earned next to the product description. When you have 150 or more points you can convert them into a gift certificate, you can use this to buy products. 1 point equals 0.1 euro. Just look at your account under bonuses to check how many you have. The points are added to your total after your order is complete.
4. Do you deliver to a POBOX? No we don't, we reserve the right in any case to stop any order from being dispatched if the delivery address is not that of the credit card holder.
